Pelvic Floor for Performance

Feel Strong. Move Confidently. Return to Lifting Safely.

You shouldn’t have to choose between taking care of your pelvic floor and doing the things you love.

Pelvic Floor for Performance is a 1-hour educational clinic from Renew + Resilience Training designed to help you better understand your pelvic floor, build a strong foundation, and feel more confident returning to strength training and weightlifting.

Whether you're already lifting, getting back into the gym after a break, or simply want to understand how your pelvic floor can support your performance, this clinic will give you practical knowledge you can use in your training.

What You'll Learn

Know the Signs
Learn what may be worth discussing with a pelvic floor specialist—and when it's time to seek additional support.

Build Your Foundation
Understand the fundamentals of pelvic floor function and how they can contribute to strength, stability, and performance.

Move & Lift With Confidence

Progress Your Workouts
Walk away with a better understanding of how to confidently progress your workouts while paying attention to what your body is telling you.

This Clinic Is For You If...

  • You want to return to weightlifting after pregnancy or a period away from training.

  • You experience leaking, pressure, discomfort, or other pelvic-floor symptoms during exercise.

  • You've been told to "just stop lifting" but want to understand what you can safely do instead.

  • You're nervous about returning to heavier lifting.

  • You want to improve your understanding of your pelvic floor and its role in strength and performance.

  • You simply want to become a more informed, confident lifter.

You Don't Have to Stop Moving. You Need to Understand How to Move.

Your body is capable of strength.

The goal isn't to make you afraid of exercise or convince you that certain movements are off-limits. It's to help you understand your body, recognize when something needs attention, and develop the tools to train with greater confidence.

This clinic brings together physical therapy and performance training to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and the activities you actually want to do.
