Our facility has two cold plunges, ozone treated, with near freezing temperatures. Cold exposure can reduce inflammatory markers, Improve brain function, and definitely builds resilience.

Normatec compression uses air to assist in our natural circulation. Through pressure, lymphatic drainage is improved and fresh blood flow is pumped though the body.

Red light boosts mitochondrial function and up regulates the ATP in our cells. This can improve muscle recovery, skin health, and energy. Recovery Zone has a horizontal red light device that allows for maximal absorption.

Our three person infrared sauna, is equipped with an ozone purifier and reaches temps of 140.
